Refund Policy

You may return any purchases you have made from our website within 30 days of receiving the item, however, only a store credit will be issued.

All returned items must be approved by Natava Superfoods Limited before sending the items back. Shipping and handling will be paid for by Natava SuperFoods for any returned items, however the shipping company must be the one requested by Natava Superfoods.

Any items that have been opened, or had the seal on the packaging broken are not allowed to be refunded, unless the contents is not as described on the website.
